Unfortunately we cannot process refunds on plants as these are classed as perishable items. If you have received a plant as part of a gift, kit or with other non perishable items, the value of the plants will be deducted from the refund total.
We want your experience with us to be perfect but unfortunately accidents occasionally happen. If you do receive a damaged item, please email us photos and we’ll do our best to put it right for you.
We use compostable and recyclable packaging where possible. If we do use any plastic packing material like bubble wrap, it will be repurposed from any deliveries we receive. We don’t buy new plastic but also don’t see the point of wasting it if our suppliers use it. It’s much better to reuse it than recycle it or throw it away and we encourage customers to reuse or recycle any packaging we send.
We source plants from nurseries who will often supply the plants in plastic pots. We could repot them in biodegradable pots and recycle the plastic, but we believe this is just green washing and ultimately more wasteful. Any plants we grow ourselves will be grown in peat free compost and sent in coco coir pots. As our company grows we hope to offer more home grown plants and work with our suppliers to remove all plastic.
Plant Care
We wouldn’t send any plants we wouldn’t be happy to have in our house. Any that don’t meet the cut won’t be sent!
We would love to see your plants in their new home, please send us pictures or share on our instagram and they may be featured on the site :)
We do our best to keep our plants pest free but there is a chance that a pesky bug could find its way onto a plant. It’s advisable that any new addition to your collection should be quarantined for a couple of weeks just to check that it is free from pests.
Check out our article on pests and diseases for more tips.
You can find growing instructions for the plants on our site or drop us a message and we’ll try and help.
This is a sign that you are over watering the plant. If this happens try and remove any wilted leaves and mould and refrain from watering until the soil drys out.

Each plant has its own requirements but generally succulents like to verge on the edge of dry as they do come from harsh warm climates. Generally water them every couple of weeks when the soil has dried out but not bone dry and reduce watering over winter when the plants are dormant. Succulents can quickly rot and die if they are sat in water.
